Chain wasn't made properly I have to turn half the chain around in order to lock it the part that you put in to the lock box looks like it was made the wrong way it impossible to wear 1st order and I think it might be the last

I placed an order for 3 chains on December 27. I reached out via email and was told a tracking number would be provided soon, but it has now been 6 days without any updates. After that, I attempted to contact them multiple times through calls and emails, but received no response. I even commented on their Instagram post, and while they did message me back, they left me on read. Based on my experience and similar feedback from others, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.
I placed an order with a seller on November 14 for a bracelet that was advertised as in stock. My payment was processed right away, but the item has yet to be shipped. I've reached out to customer support eight times about this order. Although they do reply, their responses have been vague and inconsistent. Eventually, I was informed that the item went out of stock after my purchase and is currently being 'handcrafted,' yet no estimated shipping date is provided. This information was not disclosed at checkout, and weeks later I am still without the product, a timeline, or a clear resolution. At this point, I am simply requesting a definite shipping date or a refund. Selling items as available and then causing indefinite delays without notice is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the seller addresses this publicly and resolves the issue swiftly.
I have to admit, I do like the jewelry, but I ran into some problems. The first time I received the 5mm prong chain, it broke right after I unpacked it. I sent it back for a replacement, following the return instructions to include everything that came with the original package. I had ordered a 20” 5mm prong chain along with a matching bracelet and returned it to get the chain swapped out. However, when I received the new package, my bracelet was missing. They completely overlooked it. I reached out via email on December 15 but haven’t heard back yet (as of December 17). I really hope this gets sorted out soon.
