I've reached out to customer support eight times about this order. Although they do reply, their responses have been vague and inconsistent. Eventually, I was informed that the item went out of stock after my purchase and is currently being 'handcrafted,' yet no estimated shipping date is provided. This information was not disclosed at checkout, and weeks later I am still without the product, a timeline, or a clear resolution. At this point, I am simply requesting a definite shipping date or a refund. Selling items as available and then causing indefinite delays without notice is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the seller addresses this publicly and resolves the issue swiftly.
