WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH 6TH STREET. THE WRONG ITEM WAS SENT TO ME, AND WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT IT, THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, EVEN AFTER 5 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP VIA CALLS, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS VERY POOR—UNSUPPORTIVE, IMPOLITE, AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER ANSWERS. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED.
