The information the provided to reach for customer service is fake in Saudi. You wanna call them but the number is not complete. They don't answer to emails, no reply on instagram, even they delete your comment from the post but no reply to the direct. Recently i returned the order, they didn't give my refund to my credit card. Instead they kept it in my balance to force me to buy another item. Stay away from them.
I am very disappointed with my recent order from 6th Street. I ordered a DKNY luggage online because my flight is coming up soon, but instead of the luggage I selected, I received a small bag. This is extremely frustrating and stressful, especially since my flight is near and I carefully planned my budget for this purchase.
I already emailed customer service, but they informed me that they cannot proceed with my request to exchange the item. This experience has been very upsetting, and because of this, I will not order from this app again.
The process was handled unethically; the item was marked as available on the website, yet I was informed at the last minute that it was out of stock. This is the second time my order for the same product has been canceled, despite it still showing as available online. It seems they sell it at a higher price in-store while wasting the time of online customers. Absolutely disappointing.
Unetical way of handling process, the order was listed as available on the website and i was informed at the last moment that the order is not available, to my suprise its the second time they cancelled my order for the same product and the same product shows available,The catch here is simple they sell it for the higher price on store and let online customer ruin their time. Disgusting.

No one called me, no rider showed up, and no delivery attempt was made.Customer service made it worse. I was explicitly told my order would arrive between 9:00–10:00 PM, which I relied on because I urgently needed the item. That promise was completely false. After 9:00 PM, customer support became unreachable.The next day, I contacted support again and was given no clear information, no location update, and absolutely no sense of urgency. If you cannot commit to express delivery, do not advertise it.This company blames customers for their own delivery failures and provides misleading information. Extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional.Avoid if you value your time and money.
I needed a product urgently and ordered from 6th street as apparently they have the “express delivery” service - to be delivered today so it says. To my surprise, nothing came at 8pm so I called the customer service. Again to my utter disbelief, their customer service told me to wait tomorrow or cancel my order. Cancel?? An item that I needed urgently and at 8pm where else can I get another one? What an absurd service this is. Also I have sent email to thei customer service but I am not expecting anymore positive response. Since all they do is disappoint their customer. If you cant commit, dont say it in your app. What a waste of my time 6th street! I have been ordering here for many years but looks like its time to remove the app.
This has to be the worst online shop here in UAE. First, I have placed an order because it says delivery on the same day but it didn't come and no one called. I checked the app for my order status and it first says "Out for delivery", then I called their hotline to ask and complain. The representative sounded so sarcastic and does not have any customer service skill. The status of my order in app became "Delivery failed." due to some traffic (cant remember exactly). I requested for a call back from a Manager but no one called. My order came a day after "supposed to be same day delivery" and it was a GUESS tote bag and to my disappointment, it was not in a box. I am not sure if they remove it from the box because what inside the packaging was folded Guess eco bag where usually they put the actual bag in then inside the box. So yeah, it's disappointing and promised to myself never to order from 6th street again. I hope they close.
I had a worst annoying experiences (several times) with 6th street . The return and refund process are extremely poor. The delivery is usually delayed and the customer service is unprofessional . They keep messaging me “ Delivery / Pick-up failed DUE TO CUSTOMER POSTPONED” or “ DUE TO CHANGED OF LOCATION “ .
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH 6TH STREET. THE WRONG ITEM WAS SENT TO ME, AND WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT IT, THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, EVEN AFTER 5 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP VIA CALLS, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS VERY POOR—UNSUPPORTIVE, IMPOLITE, AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER ANSWERS. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED.
The customer service at 6th Street is extremely disappointing. I was given inaccurate and conflicting information, which directly caused a delay in my order. There also seems to be very poor coordination with the delivery company. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this service. If there is negative definitely you will get -10!!!!
