I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I have received. I would give a lower rating if it were possible. I placed multiple orders yesterday because I urgently needed the items before leaving for my vacation. One package arrived correctly, with 3 boxes, but to my shock, 1 box has an item in it and 2 boxes contained nothing but an empty box from @Steve Maden.What makes this situation even worse is the way my complaint has been handled. I contacted your support team immediately, expecting a clear solution for an issue this serious. Instead, all I received were empty promises from multiple agents with no real action taken. Not a single person took responsibility or provided a concrete resolution.I paid for an item with my hard-earned money and received absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, with either a replacement sent immediately or a full refund processed without delay.This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it has severely damaged my trust in your service.
