Don’t trust them when it comes to international items. Their system is very poor, they don’t know the whereabouts and CSRs are not aware of the last conversations. They will just keep on telling customers to get back within 48hrs. Delivery date specified on their site is within 7 working days. However, it took almost a month to wait their very professional response by cancelling my order without any call or message.
