I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an alarming incident with an employee at a convenience store. On January 3, 2026, I entered to buy coffee, as I usually do on weekends. The employee did not acknowledge me, which I found normal. When I asked for hazelnut coffee to be refilled, the employee responded rudely and became increasingly hostile. He raised his voice and yelled at me, even approaching aggressively. His behavior was threatening and unacceptable toward a customer. I left to avoid further issues. This complaint is about the unsafe conduct of an employee, not just coffee availability. No customer should feel threatened while making a purchase. I urge management to take this seriously and address it appropriately.
