Bought the x200 dashcam, in just over a year the cams parking sentry mode stopped working properly and would randomly record non stop flattened f the car battery Aimee the customer service representative asked for proof of this which was sent..I was offered a refund and was asked to return the cam with my banking details .A refund was not given instead I was told that my bank details were not found in their system I have now waited and waited and waited emailing asking what is happening it's a little bit long to be waiting for a refund only to be told she keeps talking to her team and she will give me any updates that she receives. the last email I sent I said I've got the feeling I'm just not going to get my refund and I have not had a response from them since so now they have the 379 dollars I paid for the camera and they have the camera. This has been going on since late October 2025I'm not sure what to call this but I'd say it is misleading and deceptive conduct which is actually criminal offence.I don't know who this company thinks they are but they haven't heard the last from me, this is one company that should not be able to sell online in any capacity
