Bought the x200 dashcam, in just over a year the cams parking sentry mode stopped working properly and would randomly record non stop flattened f the car battery
Aimee the customer service representative asked for proof of this which was sent..
I was offered a refund and was asked to return the cam with my banking details .
A refund was not given instead I was told that my bank details were not found in their system I have now waited and waited and waited emailing asking what is happening it's a little bit long to be waiting for a refund only to be told she keeps talking to her team and she will give me any updates that she receives. the last email I sent I said I've got the feeling I'm just not going to get my refund and I have not had a response from them since so now they have the 379 dollars I paid for the camera and they have the camera. This has been going on since late October 2025
I'm not sure what to call this but I'd say it is misleading and deceptive conduct which is actually criminal offence.
I don't know who this company thinks they are but they haven't heard the last from me, this is one company that should not be able to sell online in any capacity

Item never arrived and they refuse to refund me.I ordered a battery pack on October 22nd which was supposed to arrive in 7is business days. October 30th the item had not even been processed in china yet. Contacted Joshua and was told he’ll call me next day with an update. Never called me back despite me telling g him I’m flying out of country soon and if they can’t send it immediately just cancel and refund me. November 3rd the item had still not even shipped! Since the. I contacted May(Mylene) and Joshua and told them both the item will not arrive in time and to cancel my order and recorded all conversations as well. 3 times they promised to resolve this and 3 times they promised to call me back within 8-12 hours and NOT ONCE did they follow through. I’m giving them one more day and if they have not cancelled and fully refunded me, I will be contacting my credit card insurance! This is insanity! I can’t believe this is how they treat their customers!!
Simply DO NOT buy ANY product from 70mai! The battery is not sold separately after dying and yes it will die as it is a minimal 500mAhp and in hot countries like Europe south Italy Greece etc they die in a years time! the company WONT recognise it and they will reply to you (I do have emails if needed) as "We apologize that the product you are using malfunctioned. We don't sell battery separately. We suggest you contact your original seller for the warranty service if your device is still under the warranty period.We appreciate your understanding."Which means ZERO as ALL shops selling it to you are NOT offering replacement but they point you to the monther company who doesnt give a sh*t about it.... STAY AWAY from it!PS: I DID open it myself and replace the battery with third party BUT this is not suggested as WHAT IF this battery doesnt work well or explodes under my wind screen under sun and burns down my car? what if?
Ordered a dashcam package never delivered. In the beginning a woman Cara responded but after I told them I want my money back. Nothing anymore. The case is with my legal insurance and creditcard money return guarantee. DON'T ORDER THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
I bought the A510 dual dash cam from Amazon for roughly £100. The front camera produces fairly decent video quality, for the price. However, don't rely on it to record every moment of your driving trip.I've had the dash cam for roughly 2 months now, and on 3 occasions, after removing the SD card, I found that there are big gaps in my driving. For example, I removed the SD card, just a few days ago, after witnessing an erratic and dangerous driver, only to find that the dash cam had failed to record my 30 minute trip.I don't remove the SD card that often, so god knows how many times it's failed to record.I've emailed 70mai, and as of yet, there's been no reply.
Online store quoted 22-23 October delivery, both Shop app and Border Express site show "Shipment Data Received" not the parcel. The online store will not respond to emails. Their online page quotes 24 hour delivery, suggesting that item is in stock in Australia.
I purchased a camera from 70mai, which turned out to be one of their Chinese versions. It worked perfectly until they said they were updating their app. I followed their instructions and deleted the old app and installed the new one. After that it never worked properly again or connected to my phone at all, so it is impossible for me to change the settings, view the footage (except on a laptop) or check the cameras view/angle. I have sent 70mai 21 emails to try to get help, but they say they can not as it's a Chinese camera and I live in the UK! They refused to provide the Chinese app and say the online reseller should help, not the support team from the company that makes it and sent me the email telling me to change app! Basically I followed the instructions they emailed me to change the app, after that it became as useful as a chocolate teapot! I now use it as a paperweight.
They don't honor warranty. After 25 emails back and forth with support dept, the had my defective A810 Dash Cam sent to them, promised to send replacement and no response. Worst support department ever... Request a call from manager, never called.
