First the good, records very nice video and easy to install.Now the bad:1. NOT RELIABLE We had to take extreme action to avoid a head on collision with a truck coming around a corner on our side of the road. Went looking for the excellent footage but the camera DID NOT RECORD IT! All recordings have been 60 seconds except the one where the truck entered the frame (it stopped at 53 seconds). When downloaded for viewing on the computer for some reason the file was only 42 seconds and the truck didn't show at all!The next 60 second video file is missing completely so there is no footage, AT ALL, of us going off road to avoid collision or closer footage of the truck. That recording is extremely important but it was like the camera said “OMG there’s going to be an accident I’m getting out of here”.The "support" from 70mai support was laughable and only rubbed salt into the wounds. They repeatedly told me how to send an error log for a different camera that had a completely different app. I repeatedly sent screenshots of what my app looked like, showing what they were speaking of wasn't there. In the interim, for some reason random videos disappeared from the memory - not overwritten, just no longer there.Attachments show the timeline where "11:07" is the 'short' video and "11:08" is just not there! It also shows just a black gap in the timeline where there should have been a red 'emergency' video. Also shown the only picture of the truck, unable to be identified from that. Finally, a screenshot video showing the playback in their app of the dodgy video!2. Voice control hardly ever works on this camera. Shoot left, shoot right, shoot emergency, could be useful if they worked.70mai Australia completely washed their hands of the whole debacle and would not help us deal with their international company.Finally, after over a month of frustrating emails to and from with us about to put in a formal complaint to ACA a refund was issued. Now to get a dash cam that records the vital bits!!
