Absolutely disgusting thief’s I opened up an account unknowingly already having one which wasn’t use

Absolutely disgusting thief’s I opened up an account unknowingly already having one which wasn’t used in 3 years and to an old email that hasn’t and can’t be accessed I signed up same name address everything other than the email I deposited approximately £250 and won £10k I was over the moon after what I had recently been through I received an email the money had been voided due to terms and conditions broke I went on the site to discuss what was going on as I sincerely didn’t know I had another account which the online chat showed me it had not been active in over 3 years until they showed me I had no idea he then said I should of asked if I did 🤷‍♂️ why I would when I didn’t know and more to to point why wasn’t I made aware before I won as I would of used the original one any Casio betting site automatically picks these things up the email was old and never activate as it was a pain to get imto hence me having a new email but address name everything was the same only when I tried to withdraw they made me aware and voided my winnings/ stole stating I broke terms and conditions they then let me make further deposits on that account knowing anything won and anything I deposited was a waste and would not even reimburse them deposits back to terms and conditions it states if a player deliberately opens a duplicate account to take advantage of bonuses they have the right to void all winings ect which is fare but the point tha there own employee showed me and made me aware of it and it not clearly been used in over 3 years is not deemed deliberate but they wouldn’t have it i still broke ther rules how I don’t know and why it only flagged up when I tried t withdraw is just mind boggling stupidity I then asked for my deposits as they voided the winnings so therefore my deposits are voided and refunded. Nope they won’t do that either and then I they let me deposit even more on a unusable site knowing for a fact that whatever I deposited is stole in my eyes and if I won it would be voided but they keep referring to ther terms and conditions ignoring my every request for the fill transcript of chats proving I was totally unaware until they showed me of the second account honestly they claim ther not but ther thief’s with utter shit excuses who don’t like being challenged or taking responsibility very rude it actually caused my mental health situation to deteriorate how on earth I was meant to remember an account 3 years ago it’s ther responsibility to make me aware of one not wait until i try withdraw a life changing amount of money then make me aware this company needs looked into by the gaming commission or law or something its playing with people’s lives and god forbid it they will have someone’s life on ther heads disgusting

If i could give 0 stars i would. Harrassing emails, texts and calls daily despite me telling them to stop calling. I block one number and they ring from another one. They promise you rewards and do not apply them to your account nor does the money you’ve paid get credited to your account on there. You can’t withdraw money unless you win over €250. Avoid these scamming harrassing people at all costs!

Deposited €150, won €450, tried to withdraw monies to which they needed documents etc, was very difficult to payout.. Did not even get the opportunity to get the deposited €150 back. Believe every negative review on here. Scammers. Should be sued for fraud and theft.

Complete scam.once you sign up you will be bombarded with messages and emails from partner company’s.You can only withdraw a minimum of €150 and a maximum of €400 - that’s if they decide to pay out, constant ‘issues’ with verification and withdrawals constantly rejected with no explanation as to why. Absolutely useless customer services and despite the ‘personal agent’ accepting ‘tips’ on withdrawal request - seem to have no way of helping the process move along.Essentially they will fob off withdrawal requests until players loose it. It’s a scam site
