I ordered on December 30th and have yet to receive it. I reached out with my order details but haven't gotten any reply. I'm incredibly disappointed with this service. The only communication I received was a thank you email after my order, with no shipping or tracking updates. It’s disheartening for the little ones eagerly waiting, and it genuinely frustrates me.

This is a scam service. I canceled my order within an hour, expecting a full refund as per their policy. I was promised a refund but received nothing except repeated responses about checking with their accounts team. Completely dishonest. Now I have to report them to my credit card fraud department to get my money back. DO NOT purchase from this service. Their ratings are among the lowest on review platforms. They are deceitful.
Absolutely appalling! Don't be deceived. You think you're choosing the Duo Bundle for $39.00, but they somehow charge you the same for the single bundle. It's definitely not worth it. I always remind myself to check for the ability to leave a review, yet I fell for it again. Avoid at all costs!

The products are awful, cheap, and not packaged as advertised. They took two weeks to arrive from overseas. The 'instructions' were poorly printed in bad English. The product was poorly packaged upon arrival and doesn't work at all. The marker inconsistently draws on the spoon, and the designs often fall apart in water. Customer support is terrible; I sent the product back for a refund and haven't heard anything. I'm very annoyed. I suspect the good reviews are not genuine.
