I was a bit sceptical at first as my sleep was pretty good but after taking them for just two weeks so far, I have seen an increase in my sleep quality. The main difference is that I now sleep through the night without waking and both my deep and REM sleep (tracked in my own device) have improved because of this. Ive been taking the 8 hours sleep suppliment for about 2 weeks now had noticed a little bit of improvement but it was still taking me a long time to actually get to sleep.
