I’ve been buying their products for years now. Their products are amazing and literally healed my skin. I struggled with acne since I was 10 years old, I discovered them back in 2019 (I was 24 years old) and I’ve had crystal clear skin since. I can’t recommend them enough! Support small businesses they are struggling!!!!
I have ordered from Skinfoodfix for a few years now. The face wash and MSM lotion. Both have worked wonders for me and a little goes a long way! The foaming face wash is excellent. I am an oldster with previous skin cancer so I cannot be in sun every day from 10-3. Sun gives me splotches on my face. This lotion and cleanser has helped with that. I am in northwest USA. Not international. The issues people have had with shipping date back to covid chaos plus international shipping which is iffy at best. Not fair to demean for shipping. However, communication issues (?). I have never had any issues with my orders and orders came quickly and very well packed. I would encourage anyone to try their products. However, any major skin issues need a dr attention. My dermatologist found no faults with these products.
I've slowly started to switch most of my bathroom toiletries over to these more natural options, and it's doing wonders for my skin. I feel like getting away from unnecessary chemicals has actually made a big difference in my life. I'm such a brand-loyal person, so it really takes a lot to switch off of the popular brand names, but this company has done it!
This store alrwady has a low better business bureau score. It does not answer its chat messages. I have two or three unanswered chat messages now. Loal of this business avoided addressing my order concerns and did not inform me of the return policy. The day my order arrived I weighed both soaps, and the cookie soap weighed less than advertised. I contacted skin food fix this same days and I had to make an additional message because skin food fix did not see the first message. This company is intentionally incompetant. Do not buy from here unless you want to be cheated and receive from what I read "ineffective" products. Skin food fix, you will get your comeuppance for your wrongs done to your customers. I will never buy again.
I’ve always found that my orders have arrived quite quickly with no mistakes. I’ve ordered at least 3x and am surprised by these reviews. I love the msm products, the face cleanser and so many others. The price cannot be beat for quality.
Ordered a bundle kit, it aggravated my face so bad, it took about 6 days to get my skin back to normal. I emailed on day 4 of wanting to get a refund, but no answer, 2 weeks later still no answer. Sent issue to paypal, they have yet to recieve any response. Well, I chalk it up as a lesson. Don't believe all you read of products that help. I am not mad, just dissapointed. if you ignore customers and just take their money with no concern for their situations, life eventually will rear its ugly head. Good luck to you.....
Have ordered multiple times from this company with no issue. Today I received an order that was partially complete and missing an item. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I filed a Paypal complaint. They need better customer support if they want to stay in business.
Feel so stupid. Should have read the reviews before throwing my money away. 100% accurate unfortunately - zero package delivered and horrendous customer experience riddled with pathetic excuses and zero attempt to help rectify issue. Can’t help but feel like I be been scammed after this experience. But good lesson to always do your research before buying from companies! For those that have skin issues there’s always reputable companies like MooGoo from Australia who are excellent. Sad the world has come to this:(
This is a great company. I had always bought my products through Etsy, but went through some personal things in my life, including having to move from Ohio to Florida. My skin has been acting up lately from the sun, and I remembered this company having amazing products, including the blue cambrian soap and blue tansy, vanilla and lavender body butter.I just realized this company is based out of Florida, and the wonderful woman behind this company got my package out so fast, that I’ll be able to have it tomorrow already (minus usps usual screw-ups lol), and when your skin is messed up, the last thing you want is that have to wait a long time for a specific product you know is going to take that all away.I don’t feel the rating that currently stands (2.5 stars??) on this company is fair at all, so I felt the need to come and give them 5 stars; for my past experiences with them and their products, and now the current ones. Please don’t hesitate to shop from SkinFoodFix. If you’re worried, just try ONE product because I guarantee it will change your mind.A 5-star rating is a no-brainer for me.Edit to add: to the people leaving one star: did you ever bother to think that MAYBE this is one person running this business and that she is very busy with orders? Also, our mail systems, whether it be USPS, FedEx, or UPS, screw up and “lose” packages constantly. I run a business and I cannot tell you how often this has happened to my business. A representative from the business has to file insurance claims and it’s a process… a long one. Perhaps SkinFoodFix has replaced your items by now, or you’ve received the delayed/lost items, and you should update your reviews. But you won’t… 🙄
