The flowers I ordered for a memorial service never arrived. I contacted the service the day before to confirm delivery, and they guaranteed it would happen. However, I found out just 10 minutes before the event that the local florist was unreachable and delivery would not be made. I will not use this service for important events again. Highly unreliable!
