However, I learned just 10 minutes before the event that the local florist was unreachable and the delivery would not take place. I cannot rely on this service for significant occasions in the future. Very unreliable!

I’m sorry this is lengthy, but you can’t make this up! If I could give them a zero, I would! I ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday, scheduled for delivery on 6/17/25. Instead, I received an email that the delivery failed. When I called customer service, they said the florist didn’t have the arrangement available and that my order never reached them. They offered to apologize to my mother, which I declined as it felt ridiculous. They tried to find a similar arrangement for same-day delivery, but that was also unavailable. They then promised delivery for the next day, 6/18/25. Today, I received a voicemail asking me to call back, confident they had delivered the arrangement, only to hear it couldn’t be delivered again due to unavailability. I felt utterly defeated! They reminded me of a refund for the delivery charge and a credit for a future order, but that means nothing to me now. I told the representative this would be my last order with them. They insisted delivery would happen tomorrow, but honestly, I believe the entire order should be refunded. Their lack of customer service is appalling! I will never use this service again!
The customer service was absolutely terrible. I have purchased from them before, but I will not again. I attempted to order flowers for Mother's Day, but after they asked for my computer PIN for faster checkout, I decided to cancel. I was left in chat for 30 minutes while they 'reviewed the issue.' Eventually, I canceled the order through a bot. What a joke! I ended up calling a local florist and ordered directly, which was much cheaper and easier. If I could give zero stars, I would!
Unfortunately, zero stars isn’t an option. I’ve been loyal despite past delivery issues, but today was the last straw. I placed an order days ago for delivery today, but I was informed that no florist in my area could deliver before Tuesday and I would need to pay extra for FedEx delivery. This was for a birthday tomorrow! The order was canceled, and I found multiple local shops willing to deliver today within 10 minutes. That’s the kind of convenience I appreciate!
If I could, I would rate this zero stars. We ordered flowers for our daughter on Valentine's Day. On that day, at 5 AM, we received an email stating they had made several delivery attempts. My husband contacted customer service and was assured the flowers would arrive by 8 PM. However, they never showed up. During another call at 9 PM, the representative offered a refund, but no one took responsibility.
