I’m sorry this is lengthy, but you can’t make this up! If I could give them a zero, I would! I ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday, scheduled for delivery on 6/17/25. Instead, I received an email that the delivery failed. When I called customer service, they said the florist didn’t have the arrangement available and that my order never reached them. They offered to apologize to my mother, which I declined as it felt ridiculous. They tried to find a similar arrangement for same-day delivery, but that was also unavailable. They then promised delivery for the next day, 6/18/25. Today, I received a voicemail asking me to call back, confident they had delivered the arrangement, only to hear it couldn’t be delivered again due to unavailability. I felt utterly defeated! They reminded me of a refund for the delivery charge and a credit for a future order, but that means nothing to me now. I told the representative this would be my last order with them. They insisted delivery would happen tomorrow, but honestly, I believe the entire order should be refunded. Their lack of customer service is appalling! I will never use this service again!
