Account was restricted due to some government requirements. So I went on the provided link, uploaded documents. Waited a while (in days), no change. Spoke to support (which took up to 5 mins for each response). They told me they have no documents, at which point I gave up. I checked weeks later and can still see the original documents I uploaded. Which is what prompted me to write this.
