888 is a scam. I deposited $200 by etransfer and it was automatically deposited into their account. I never received it on the 888 site. So I contacted them and showed them the screenshot of the automatic deposit into their account and nothing. I’ve received emails saying they are looking into it but nothing. It’s been 2 weeks and they did nothing. Just stole my money. It’s also been shown to have rigged slots that never pay. Their daily jackpot is paid to same players (probably a ringer). There are players with multiple accounts playing same game. This site is a scam. Joining a class action suit to eliminate this site.
Trying to speak to a real person is virtually impossible & when you do eventually get through, all they say is that they will send a message to the relevant department and you hear nothing back. Broken links through emails sent to me. The Christmas bonuses are laughable, I've tried to claim them every day since 1st December and been unable to claim. I am a regular player (every day) and this is how I'm treated. And don't mention withdrawals, what has happened to them recently? For some reason, they seem to sit at processing for days on end and the only thing to do is to reverse them and try again. Sometimes that works, however sometimes you have to do this multiple times. Terrible casino.
This is the worst gambling site on the Web, refusing to pay out legitimate wins, constantly asking for further documentation even after receiving my Passport, Driving License, Bank Statement and a photo of the credit card I used. Still refusing my withdrawal.
Account was restricted due to some government requirements. So I went on the provided link, uploaded documents. Waited a while (in days), no change. Spoke to support (which took up to 5 mins for each response). They told me they have no documents, at which point I gave up. I checked weeks later and can still see the original documents I uploaded. Which is what prompted me to write this.
This company is trash...just look at the facts before you play...they hide as cowards far away from where you are playing...they rig the features to never pay decent sums except the rarest of rare times...just so they can say that yes people have actually won...you have no way to actually contact them..instead you get generic questions...you have no Way to talk to other players so they are isolating you right off the bat...just like the common cutthroat back alley robber they prefer to sneak attack you with dizzying music,flashy colors,big numbers on the reel that never ever come up...lol...the bottom line is play at this casino...and lose your money....go to a real casino instead...the guys on the other end of this casino connection are rapists and pedophiles....whatever they have tobdo to get it...they do...andvthey are cowards...they can't look any of their victims in the eye....they are scum
