I've been a loyal user of this platform for quite a while and generally enjoyed it, but my experience on November 27 was a complete disaster. I feel it's important to alert others about the security risks related to their payment methods and the total lack of customer support. I tried to deposit $50 using one of the 'verified payment affiliates' listed on the official app and website. I followed the standard process, but after sending the funds, the affiliate blocked me. When I tried to reach out from different numbers, they blocked those as well. This was clearly a scam, not a technical issue. Despite reaching out to customer service and other departments, I received no response regarding this theft, which is unacceptable. I have not received a refund or compensation, nor any acknowledgment of the issue. This company needs to take action against scammers on their platform.
