I have not received a refund or compensation, nor any acknowledgment of the issue. This company needs to take action against scammers on their platform.
On October 31st, I requested a withdrawal of 20,380 TL via bank transfer through the website. Although the transaction was marked as 'paid' and the e-transfer reference was 4118852595, the money never reached my account. I was initially told to wait 24 hours, but even after that, the payment was still pending. I have contacted them multiple times via email, live chat, and phone, repeatedly asked for documents, and have been stuck in a frustrating loop. Even after confirming that the funds weren't deposited, they continue to ask for the same documents without offering a solution. They've clearly scammed me. I was left in limbo until my money was eventually paid, albeit after 15 days, which is unacceptable.
I made a deposit of 500 EGP 16 hours ago, but it was declined, and I never got my money back. I've reached out via email multiple times, providing all the necessary information, but they still haven't responded. STAY AWAY from this scam site; my money is gone now. BE AWARE and do not use them.
