Worst service ever. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Tech says it’s a billing issue, billing says it’s a tech issue. Never calls back. Never has an answer for what’s going on. Our lines have been down for over a week. Their response is should be up in 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours. Never got fixed. Then they say we can’t find your file…. They are just one big joke Avoid them like the plague. Worse company ever. No help and not easy to work with. Very unhappy.
