The most frustrating experience I've encountered with a product in years

This is undoubtedly the most frustrating experience I have faced with a product in years, possibly my entire adult life. From the moment I subscribed, I felt completely disregarded when it came to getting answers to my questions or resolving any issues with my account. My account manager was frequently unavailable, responding only partially before going silent for days. While I was patient during the holiday season, my tolerance wore thin by mid-January. I started my service around late December, and as of mid-January, I still do not have phone service. Support is unresponsive; they direct you to an AI chatbot instead of answering calls. Once the payment is processed, Sales, Customer Service, and Tech Support seem to vanish, leaving your concerns unresolved. Porting issues arose, and it took them nearly a month to explain why, which was simply a matter of obtaining a porting PIN from my previous provider. *A MONTH TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION.* I created an account just to share this experience and caution others against using this service. This has been the worst consumer experience I can recall, making other companies seem like a breeze in comparison. Avoid this service at all costs.

It just works

It just works. My use is limited to 2 users who both share a single lines on two phones. This combined with excellent texting app and I couldn't be happier. It just works.

I am currently having difficulties with your Chrome extension for HubSpot integration. I have log in credentials for the 8x8 app and to the Admin Console, but they do not pass to the log in for HubSpot extension. I am confused.
