I'm a little surprised to see so many negative reviews, I have nothing but great things to say about 8x8. I have used many different service providers in the past and 8x8 has the best support and easiest to manage system. I migrated my own business to 8x8 just over a year ago and its worked fine ever since. Top company, great team, I would highly recommend.All I can think for the negative reviews is that people with issues have jumped on, but the people with good experiences have not bothered.
