Deceptive company with awful service — Avoid this seller. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My first order took over four weeks to arrive, and I foolishly placed a second order for a phone case on September 9th. Since then, I’ve received nothing — no product, no tracking, and no refund. I only got an order confirmation. When I contacted support, I was told someone would look into it weeks ago, but there has been no follow-up. Many others have reported similar issues. This seems less like incompetence and more like deliberate neglect. I strongly caution anyone considering this service.
