I placed an order and received the item nearly 2 months later, only after reaching out to the so-called support team. After raising my concerns, they created a tracking label, leading me to believe it was finally in the system. However, it then showed 'shipping received by transporter' for another week without any progress. I eventually emailed them to indicate I would initiate a chargeback with my card provider. Just two days later, I received a new tracking number, and the delivery finally occurred about a week later. The product itself is quite sturdy and attractive, which is a shame given the poor customer service. It raises questions about their cash flow or whether the product is genuinely made as claimed. Nonetheless, the item is really beautiful.
