I believe that including English instructions in the package would have been beneficial. The design is characteristically German—well-engineered, slim, and aesthetically pleasing. However, there are still aspects that remain unclear.
Extremely dissatisfied. I suspect this website is fraudulent. The order confirmation did not match what I requested on the platform. I attempted to modify it, but it continued to display incorrectly. They acknowledged the change but then kept emailing me to inquire about my cancellation request. No refund has been issued. This feels like a complete scam.
I placed an order and received the item nearly 2 months later, only after reaching out to the so-called support team. After raising my concerns, they created a tracking label, leading me to believe it was finally in the system. However, it then showed 'shipping received by transporter' for another week without any progress. I eventually emailed them to indicate I would initiate a chargeback with my card provider. Just two days later, I received a new tracking number, and the delivery finally occurred about a week later. The product itself is quite sturdy and attractive, which is a shame given the poor customer service. It raises questions about their cash flow or whether the product is genuinely made as claimed. Nonetheless, the item is really beautiful.

I ordered a power bank and nothing has arrived since October 17, 2025. It's been over a month with no updates, tracking, or responses from the company. At this stage, it feels like a scam, and I would recommend avoiding this shop altogether. I am considering reporting them for fraud.
