I frequently order parts online and usually encounter few issues. When problems arise, companies typically handle them promptly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. They admitted to sending the wrong part but insisted on a lengthy process before sending the correct one. It was just a serpentine belt. I had already invested hundreds in suspension and other components, yet they refused to send the right belt until the incorrect one was returned. This situation was extremely frustrating as I had to wait, and after returning it, I never received any updates. Consequently, I won't be purchasing from this service again.
