There was not enough hardware to install the product. There were no instructions whatsoever, not even a piece of paper. The product and a small bag of generic hardware. Not nearly enough to complete the install. I called their "help" line and could not get anyone on the phone. Then I tried a chat and someone did respond. When I asked for install guidance, they sent a generic, non-model specific boilerplate of instructions that were useless. Then when I asked for more specific instructions, the service rep, said they did not have more than that. I made the comment that they should at least include car model specific instructions and he said, "Yeah, I wish we had some to." I got the splash guards installed, after going to Oreillys and spending another $15 for parts and got them installed. I am not very impressed with the result. I will give them a chance tomorrow but will probably be returning them because of the so called "customer support" and inadequate quality.
