Absolutely appalling company to deal with. They are actually operating under the name Omnibytes, which already has very poor reviews. I would strongly advise others to stay away.
I returned a faulty tablet weeks ago and have repeatedly emailed them, but most of my messages have been ignored. Despite the time that has passed, there has been no resolution to the issue.
At this point I may have to pursue the matter through formal legal channels.
