A great product at a fraction of the cost, i thought I'd be waiting ages on delivery for the price I paid, within 24 hours of the order I had it in my hand. Fantastic service and amazing deal. Think I just found my new favourite tech shop. Five stars across the board.
Really quick and secure delivery. However the product was set up for Gulf states only which means, Samsung Pay and some other apps won't properly work in the UK. There's also a risk to warranty. This should be made clear when purchase the product
Great price and a great service! Found exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the price anywhere else. Was a bit dubious at first but the Trustpilot reviews were all positive so decided to order. Item came - brand new and boxed in 3 days. Plenty of emails keeping me informed of the delivery date and arrived on time. No complaints
I received my item, albeit a day late but that's probably down to Royal Mail. But when I tried to ring them for tech support with my item, the phone line didn't appear to work- repeated the same message over and over again telling me to go online or stay on the line, but no one answered (no 'waiting' music). I sent them an email, no response to date, a week later. Very disappointed.
Got a samsung galaxy watch 8 44mm in the UK, it was a bargain as it only was half the price from the usual sites.
Although as I was already warned on the site, gadgets can be from other regions and albeit the site had EAN which was specific to UK (made sure I do the checks), the watch that I received was from the middle East region the EAN number also confirmed it was from MEA region.
I am still happy with it even though the warranty might not be respected in the UK as there's no other restrictions i.e. I can use samsung pay, google pay, Health features etc, I am happy with the tradeoff but it definitely is something to be mindful about if you are going to spend a few grands on a phone where regions do impact quite a lot or even a watch with sim as it might not even function at all owing to frequency bands etc.
Bought a JBL Flip 7 from A1 tech deals after being scammed on Vinted for one. I paid £72.99 - £57 cheaper than anywhere else!
Ordered over the weekend and called customer service up on Monday morning (after reading some of the bad reviews on here) They were really helpful and it was dispatched within minutes of speaking to them.
It was delivered today very happy with it and will definitely use A1 Tech Deals again.
Their website gave a delivery date of today and it hasn't been delivered. The only reason I ordered from here is because of the promise of fast delivery.
They printed off a postage label 2 days ago but can't prove that it has actually been sent. When I called customer service they tried to say that it was definitely dispatched 2 days ago but Royal Mail must have forgotten to scan the label, so basically the item could be anywhere according to them. I was suspicious of this so I asked them for the serial number of the item I bought, just to prove that it actually exists, but they couldn't provide that.
Looking at the other reviews on here, it seems likely to me that they just haven't dispatched anything and they printed off the label to try and dupe me, probably because they sold out. Either way the order is now cancelled according to their customer service team. I have yet to receive an email from them to confirm the cancellation or when I will get a refund.
Fantastic experience with them purchasing Amazon fire TV stick 4K ultra. They sent a genuine EU version but with UK plug adapter + extension cable bit and it was very reasonable too. Almost 40% discounted compared to UK prices. Free and quick delivery within 2 working days. Been 2 days since I'm using the product and it has been working file but will know about actual quality in time. Would surely recommend them.
Phone was listed as brand new. However, when it arrived, it was from Saudi Arabia (not inherently an issue, but does void the Samsung warranty in the UK, according to Samsung). It also had secondary seals placed over the original seals. The original seals underneath had been opened. Checked IMEI with Samsung - it had been activated 2 months before I bought it. Received a refund when I sent it back, but it took 2 months of constant emailing to chase. Wouldn't use again.
