I try to return the item I never open. I have raise the request two weeks ago and still not receive any update. There is no phone number you could contact and the online chat is AI. I’m not sure if there any updates before the free return period.
I found its good review rate in trustpilot and purchase it. If you not sure do you need item, don’t buy from the A1 tech. Avoid!!!!!
