Louise is always available to answer questions quickly, to clarify any queries, and there are always current resources available. A2A make the EPA process easy to navigate and will always work with us as the Training Provider. The EPA learner feedback is shared, which is so important for the learner and us.
I completed my HR Level 3 with A2A and it was a great end to my entire apprenticeship experience. I'm a very nervous person so felt a lot of nerves in the lead up to it but the assessor of my EPA made me feel relaxed and calm. They were friendly but professional throughout. The whole experience was a lot less nerve wracking than I thought it would be!
