My grandma has been a member since the 70s and is hard of hearing, so I was on the phone to assist her with getting her car towed. We were transferred five times! One representative even claimed she wasn't a member, despite us having the card. The final representative was extremely rude, refusing to speak with me and only addressing my grandma, who couldn't hear him! He even shouted at me to shut up! We will be canceling our membership.
