They advertise widely but fail to deliver on their promises. Excuse after excuse, along with lies and postponements, have made this experience a nightmare. Don't be fooled by their flashy website; once they have your payment, it becomes a struggle to get what you need. I'm currently in touch with the relevant authorities to address their lack of professionalism.
