Horrendous company. They have zero ethics and don’t seem to care about customers. Bought a dress and felt the quality didn’t reflect the price so returned straight away using their own return portal and Royal Mail QR code. They wouldn’t refund me so I chased - no response. I paid using PayPal so opened a case with PayPal as Aab never replied. Aab’s own return portal tracked the item and said delivered. I uploaded all this info in the PayPal case and cross referenced with the Royal Mail tracking. Aab still tried to lie and say they never received the item nor any emails from me. To which I sent all the screenshots and time stamps. So unnecessary to make someone jump through hoops to rightfully get their money back. PayPal eventually stepped in and closed the case in my favour after a phone call to them. I’d avoid from buying from this awful, dishonest company if I were you. Zero stars if I could.
