Review Time
The customer service has been extremely disappointing. After placing numerous orders over the years, I expected improvement, but nothing has changed. Refunds can take up to four weeks or longer. I placed an order and received no dispatch information after ten days. Emails went unanswered, and phone lines were unavailable. There’s no way to provide feedback or reach someone for help.
The customer service was excellent. A friend and I ordered a co-ord set for a birthday but got the wrong size. Since we ordered early, the exchange period had expired. I contacted customer service, and they approved the exchange despite the expired window, providing a return label. My friend sent the parcel back, and the new item was dispatched the next day. She received it two days later. I appreciated their understanding and prompt assistance.
I've purchased abayas and scarves multiple times from the company… their service is outstanding. Packages consistently arrive on time, and the quality of their products is remarkable. The stitching and craftsmanship are top-notch. Their sales are also fantastic, and I always look forward to them. My family and I truly appreciate the company.
