I placed an order for two suits from the company well in advance, considering their stated delivery timeline of a maximum of 21 days. I ordered over a month before my wedding events to avoid any last-minute complications. However, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. • One suit arrived after 1.5 months, well after my wedding functions had concluded, and it had sizing issues.
• Despite sending multiple messages and following up on social media, there was a long period of silence. Only after persistent efforts was an exchange process started.
• The second suit took over 2 months to arrive after placing the order.
• It has now been more than 3 months since I made the order, and the exchanged suit has yet to be delivered. As of now:
❌ I do not have the product
❌ My money is still tied up
❌ I couldn’t wear the outfits for the events they were intended for For a company that offers high-priced items, this level of customer service and delivery management is unacceptable. The delays, poor communication, and lack of timely responses have made the entire experience frustrating. At this point, the suit is no longer useful to me.
I am requesting a full refund immediately. This has been, without a doubt, the worst delivery and customer service experience I've encountered with an ethnic wear provider.
