Maine 2 suit october me order kia , sirf ek deliver hua wo bhi december me, 2nd suit abhi tk nhi aaya, december me 3 aur suit maine order kiye usme se 2 aaye aur abhi bhi 1 nhi aaya. Still 2 suits mere deliver nhi huye hai. Maine 10-15 time ticket raise kia, customer care pe call kia , koi receive nhi krta nhi hi inka kbhi samne se call aaya aaj tk. Sb order prepaid hai mere. Almost 9k ka order mera pending hai. Jis function ke liye order kia wo kbka nikal gya. Koi bhi update nhi ki aachho kb delivery krega. Every single day mai call kr rhi hu tickets raise kr rhi hu.. even maine consumer forum me complain bhi kia hai.
Extremely disappointing experience with Aachho. My order was delivered after nearly 3 months, and during this entire time the customer support was useless. Calls were not answered, complaints were ignored, and I was repeatedly told to “wait for 14 days” with no real action.
There was no accountability, no proper communication, and no concern for the customer. Once they take your money, nobody seems to care.
Would not recommend Aachho at all. Please think twice before ordering.

I placed an online order with Aachho, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The product was was incorrect size I paid for exchange but anfter picked up my order no product delivered in return till now and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no proper response or resolution.
There was no clear refund or replacement process, and follow-ups were either ignored or met with generic replies. As a consumer, this feels misleading and unfair.
I am now planning to escalate this issue to the Indian Consumer Court / Consumer Helpline, as online shoppers deserve transparency, timely delivery, and accountability.
If anyone has faced a similar issue with Aachho or has successfully resolved it through the consumer court, please share your experience or advice.

If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would choose that. This reflects my terrible experience with the service. I ordered two lehenga sets under a buy one get one offer, but I have only received one so far. The stitching and quality are very disappointing and not worth the price. • Despite sending multiple messages and following up on social media, there was a long period of silence. Only after persistent efforts was an exchange process started.
• The second suit took over 2 months to arrive after placing the order.
• It has now been more than 3 months since I made the order, and the exchanged suit has yet to be delivered. As of now:

I am requesting a full refund immediately. This has been, without a doubt, the worst delivery and customer service experience I've encountered with an ethnic wear provider.

Negative reviews seem to be deleted. 6. Prices are inflated, and the received items are either defective or not satisfactory. This feels like a complete scam! It appears to be a well-organized online fraud, as I found multiple reviews indicating that many customers are dissatisfied with their deliveries and overall service.
Warning: Avoid this seller for prepaid orders I placed a prepaid order with this seller, and after making the payment, communication ceased. There was no delivery, no updates—nothing at all. Only automated replies No one answers the calls No human reply to emails Any comments or posts on their social media are deleted immediately Once they have your payment, they stop responding altogether. No product, no refund, no accountability. It genuinely feels like a trap for those who pay in advance. This has been incredibly frustrating and mentally draining. A company that deletes complaints rather than addressing them is a significant warning sign. My recommendation: do not place a prepaid order with this seller. If you’re considering purchasing from them, please think twice and avoid the hassle. If anyone else has experienced similar issues or successfully obtained a refund, please share your approach.
