If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would choose that. This reflects my terrible experience with the service. I ordered two lehenga sets under a buy one get one offer, but I have only received one so far. The stitching and quality are very disappointing and not worth the price. The second lehenga set hasn't even been shipped yet, and it's been over a month. Their customer support is unhelpful, with no replies to my emails. I submitted a ticket through the app, but there has been no response to that either.
