I gave them 2 stars because while the associates have been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with, the claims process has been a complete nightmare! It has been 4 months, and I'm still waiting for payment on my claim. The only individuals available to speak with are customer service representatives who simply read back the emails I've received. There's no claims representative to provide updates or confirm the information needed for processing. I even requested to speak with a supervisor, but that wasn't possible. Since the beginning, it's been a frustrating cycle of being asked for more documents after I’ve already provided proof of everything. After submitting the requested documents, it takes an additional 2 weeks to a month to receive any feedback, and each time, they request yet another piece of documentation. I will NEVER consider travel insurance through this company again! This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've encountered!
