Do not trust

I order a sari month's ago for an occasion. I was worried that I would not get it in time. I kept on e-mailing and no response. The sari didn't arrive for the event. Waste of money, asked for refund but was said NO. They take all the money upfront. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They make excuse after excuse for delays. I don't know if the reviews on other site are written internally to make them appear a decent company.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR NEHA KHULLAR DESIGNER ONLY) WORST DESIGNER TO ORDER FROMThe prices are cheap because the actual product is very cheap. I paid extra to get a custom size and design but their tailors couldnt even do that and it got shipped after months with the size being way too small. I paid extra 2500INR to send back and get fixed but it got lost in the mail and now they are asking me to pay EXTRA for their ORIGINAL MISTAKE. I won’t pay any more as it’s quite cheap anyway and not worth it. If it was a quality designer, they wouldn’t make these kind of mistakes to start off with. Wasted my money.Cheap material which reflects their pricing. Don’t recommend at all unless you want to be ripped off. Should not be on this website with other quality top designers. Please consider removing them.

"In stock" doesn't mean what you think it does

Let's be clear - they have beautiful designer fashions on their website. It's definitely the real thing. But beware - when the item states "in stock," it simply means that they have access to the designer and that the item will be made to order, even if it's standard size. If you are not aware of this important fact, you could be stuck waiting for weeks if not months, and miss your event deadline. I had to cancel my order and get refunded by my credit card. Since it was a US card, it was no problem (believe me, the card company agrees with what "in stock" means) but this is a very confusing statement on their entire website, and there is no explanation unless you contact customer care.
