I had to cancel my treatment with smile white due to an issue with an unstable tooth, I was put through to Sophie who was most helpful and made leaving trouble free. My daughter is undergoing smile white and we are really pleased with the progress.
A frustrating experience from start to finish. During the consultation, I was quoted a price, but when discussing payment options, I wasn't made aware of the additional VAT which raised the total by £1000, and I was already committed to the contract. The braces caused daily pain and bled every night, despite proper cleaning, and I was told I would eventually adjust. Both of my fillings came out, and I only discovered this during a visit to my regular dentist; they must have come out due to the excessive filing done by the orthodontist, forcing me to pay for replacements. Now with the night brace, it cuts into my mouth and caused an infection in my wisdom tooth, with the only solution being scissors to shorten the brace (which I could have done myself). Two months later, I have developed an overbite, a lisp, and I can no longer sing. By the end of each day, it feels like my teeth have shifted again. I'm stuck paying £60 a month for the next several years, and it's going to cost even more to correct this situation. I have to endure this until I finish paying for it, as I can't take on another monthly payment right now. Thanks to the service for being the biggest waste of money ever.
