Ordered an item to be delivered to a local address in Mumbai. When I was informed that it was made to order by the designer, I requested some detailing be excluded. Received the order on time and as requested. Great service from Aashni and the designer (Paarsh Atelier).
I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Aashni and Co’s customer service team. After purchasing a ticket for their wedding show at Somerset House, I was met with a poorly organized event, where attendees were left waiting in freezing conditions, with no proper ticket checks or provisions for comfort. Despite purchasing a ticket beforehand, I was made to wait in the same line as those without tickets.Instead of addressing my concerns, they initially offered store credit, which expired in 2019—something I never accepted as a resolution. Since then, their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, showing a complete disregard for consumer rights. In their response, Aashni and Co stated that they had already provided a resolution to my complaint back in 2018 and provided store credit with an expiry date of 2019. They further acknowledged the Consumer Protection Law in the UK, which allows customers to request a refund for up to 6 years from the time of purchase. However, they incorrectly claim that they have fulfilled their obligations by offering store credit, which was neither adequate nor accepted by me.Instead of addressing my valid concerns, their responses have been defensive and evasive, with no willingness to fulfill their legal obligations. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant UK regulatory bodies.It is clear that Aashni and Co lacks basic customer service skills and respect for their customers’ rights. I strongly advise others to think twice before making any purchases with Aashni and Co. Their lack of accountability and poor treatment of customers speaks volumes.
I had an amazing experience with buying an outfit online with the help of Keyuri. There was only one piece available and she went out of her way to ensure that I was able to procure the piece and mailed to me in the US so I could wear it for an event. Thanks for all your help Keyuri.
Ordered clothes for myself and my family. I informed the salesperson of the dates of the event and was promised to have the order delivered before then. As the dates for delivery grew close, I called the salesperson to ensure everything was on time and was told ‘not to worry ma’am’. The event was out of country and we didn’t receive any items as promised and we had to leave without getting anything. The shipment arrived in our absence and once back home from the even I called and spoke to numerous people and they kept apologizing and saying they know they made an error and caused me an inconvenience but they wouldn’t discuss a resolution. After almost two weeks of consistent calling, I finally spoke to Bhavana in management and she finally agreed to me returning the items. She told me she would send me the details of the return via WhatsApp the next day but I didnt receive any messages. I called and my calls were avoided. After multiple calls, I received a message on WhatsApp stating that the details of the return were being worked out and I would be informed soon. I received a long message from “Aashni Team” stating that they understood my situation and valued me as customer and wanted me not to cancel the return. I messaged them back to say they were now going against the agreement Bhavana made to date I haven’t heard back from them. I have called and have been told Bhavana will call me in half an hour and I never get any call back. I get excuses and avoidance. I am frustrated and regret ever dealing with this company.
I usually order from Aashni& Co, but the reason I switched to Kalki this year is that last Diwali my order came almost 1 month late and although I could not wear any of my expensive designer outfits for the events I was attending, and had to scramble to find designers in the US, they would not refund me. They also shipped me over $500 worth of jewelry that was damaged, missing, or much lower quality than they appeared on their website and again, they would not accept returns, or right the missing pair of earrings despite the many times I reached out immediately after receiving the items and before receiving the items with evidence that I had specifically asked them if they could ship by the date of my events, stressing that if they would not arrive on time, I would not order. Customer service was not at all helpful or empathetic about the damage, low quality, missing items or late arrival of the items. - Late arrival of Torani lehengha - Damaged emerald earrings - Damaged elephant peacock ring- Missing gold earrings - Late arrival of Tarun Tahilani belt- Damage of Tarun Tahilani belt - smelled heavily of mildew when it arrived - Arrival of package 3 weeks lateI have to say that the experience is disappointing since Aashni& Co carries some of my favorite designers, and I always find things I want to order on their website. I want to keep buying from them, but I started going direct to the designers websites b/c they are just unreliable and have the worst customer service.
