Appalling service, I ordered a pack of two items but only received one. When I reached out, I was told to provide proof, but there was no receipt included, making it impossible to do so! I felt treated like a liar. I really question why this company is partnered with a reputable platform; it's quite disgraceful. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would... dishonest practices.
