Poor service; I ordered a pack of two items but only received one. When I contacted support, I was told to provide proof, but there was no receipt in the package, making it impossible to do so. I felt accused of dishonesty. I really don't understand why this company is associated with a reputable platform; it's quite disgraceful. If I could rate this lower than one star, I absolutely would... very disappointing.

Extremely unprofessional service. It's nearly impossible to obtain parts, and there's constant resistance when issues arise. Every conversation feels like a series of 'we can't' or 'the company doesn't do that.' Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this service.
My home came with an outdated video indoor system. While it allows me to see who's at the door and open it remotely, it's still being sold despite its age. Connecting it to smart functions on my phone is nearly impossible unless you're a trained expert. It's very user-unfriendly. Even though it's only three years old, I plan to replace it with something more modern.
The company recruited me while I was employed elsewhere and instructed me to return home to secure a work permit. Once I returned, they stopped answering calls or contacting me, leaving me stressed and damaging my career. It's shameful for a multinational to behave this way. They deceive candidates without remorse.
