From what started as a curiosity on visiting a new build accommodation; we were totally sold by the expert advice and support of the sales team, especially our dedicated sales advisor Zoe. Her support and empathy at listening to the customer was in great contrast to the horror stories you hear. Zoe kept in contact with us weekly, even when there was nothing to add. She accommodated every wish we for the property design and furnishings plus our many visits from early morning, to late evening and even weekend site visits, many unannounced where we would just turn up . Moreover she gave us every confidence that we were making the right choice for our biggest life choice. We can not wait to move into our forever home. Thank you Abbey but more importantly thank you Zoe (and Heather who was also so helpful when was Zoe not around).
