Had an easy move with Abbey Homes. Went to look at several houses several times before settling on the one that suited my needs best and Zoe was always accommodating, even letting my granddaughter have a little look round so she knew I wasn’t moving to the other side of the country (she’d just watched the new episode of Bluey - if you know, you know!). And she kept me in touch of any developments and was very patient when my move was delayed. Had a good tour around just before move-in for a general check-over, and appliances etc were explained. And when moving in I was met again for a handover and another walk around. All in all a very lovely experience, and I love my new home!
