Where do I start?! There aren't the words to explain how beyond disappointed we are with our Abbey New Homes. If we could return it, we would in a heartbeat. We've had all the issues including 2 toilets leaking buckets of water, water coming through the ceiling from the ensuite sink, a large area of the ceiling in the kitchen coming down to repair pipework and now the main shower leaking and saturating the wall behind which all needs to come out to be repaired. Not to mention the 2 separate electrical issues with the boiler and the paintwork that literally could have been done better by a 5 year old. The latter we are still waiting to be rectified despite 5 different "painters" attempting to repair, yet only made things worse and swore at us in the process. We hoped to finally make progress with a so called "Customer Service Manager" who reassured us to leave everything with him and he'd sort it, but this was a further joke. Literally nothing has been done despite further chasing. Not only all of this but there was no cover of an emergency plumber/electrician so we were on own! These just cover the basic issues we've had but won't bore you with the rest if you've read this far. Safe to say you'll regret spending your hard-earned money on a house that is your worst nightmare!
