As with Steve HH, I too moved from RH as the quality of service had deteriorated and with no full time vet I was concerned about the support my Luna-puss was getting as numerous visits resulted in zero progress. As I had recently moved to BD19 I signed up with Abbey House Vets and the difference with the quality of service was like comparing night and day. On taking Luna for her first visit to Cleckheaton I was treat with dignity and respect by the staff. The vet was also very understanding and concurred that Luna should have been successfully treated months ago!A further referral to the Morley branch for Dermatological tests was arranged and again, Luna was treat with great care and empathy.I am most impressed with the care that Abbey House Vets provide. Admitted they are not exactly cheap but the quality of service is certainly above what RH are providing these days.FWIW A friend in Dewsbury with a Maine Coon cat and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier has also moved from RH as she too has noticed the quality of service is far superior at Abbey House
